With the TECALEMIT TecPump 600 AC System, the self-priming 230 V pump sits on a wall-mounting bracket and, together with delivery hose, A 2010 automatic nozzle and Schuko plug, forms a ready-made dispensing point at the storage tank. There are 12 versions to choose from: without meter, with Z 400 analogue meter or with FMT 3 electronic flow meter, each with a 4 m delivery hose to TECALEMIT standard or with a continuous 6, 8 or 10 m hose assembled by TLB. According to TECALEMIT, the self-priming pump delivers approx. 55 l/min at max. 2 bar and 370 W (230 V / 50 Hz, 4.5 A, IP 54); anti-siphon protection and a suction-side filter are integrated, and the suction height is up to 4 m. It transfers diesel, heating oil EL/L, radiator antifreeze (concentrate), GTL, HVO and R33; it connects via a 2 m cable with Schuko plug, and the suction connection is G 1".

What is the difference between the TecPump 600AC and the HORNET W80 or W40?

The main difference lies in the system concept: the HORNET pumps (W40, W80) are individual pumps without an integrated wall-mounting system – they are inserted into the tank from above and set up freely. The TecPump 600AC is designed as a complete wall-mounting system: with mounting bracket, nozzle holder, integrated filter and swivel hose connector, it is permanently installed on the wall and feeds the tank via a separate suction line. For stationary workshop installations with a clearly defined dispensing point, the TecPump 600AC is the neater and more professional solution.

Which hose lengths are available for the TecPump 600AC system and which one suits my workshop?

The TecPump 600AC system is available with a 4m or 6m delivery hose – both can be selected directly on this page. The 4m hose is suitable for small to medium parking spaces directly in front of the wall. The 6m hose offers more reach for larger workshop halls or if the tank is located further away from the dispensing point. For most car workshops the 4m hose is sufficient; for commercial vehicle workshops with wide vehicles we recommend the 6m hose.

What is the automatic nozzle A 2010 with type approval and why is it important?

The automatic nozzle A 2010 from Horn/Tecalemit has a type approval – this means it has been officially tested and approved for use in fuel dispensing in Germany. The valve closes automatically when the vehicle's tank is full, thus preventing overfilling and fuel spillage. The swivel hose connector at the valve base prevents the hose from twisting during refueling and considerably extends the service life of the hose. This equipment is not always standard in simple pump sets without type approval.

Can I also order the TecPump 600AC with a meter and what difference does it make?

Yes – the TecPump 600AC is available either without a meter (H-110350400) or with an integrated meter, selectable directly on this page. The meter allows consumption to be recorded per refueling operation and is useful for businesses that want to document fuel consumption internally or allocate it to several vehicles/cost centers. Without a meter the pump is more affordable and sufficient for simple refueling without consumption recording.
