The Viscomat Gear Drum is an oil transfer kit designed for workshops that require fast and secure oil dispensing into vehicle tanks at demanding operational speeds.

The oil pump set includes the PIUSI Viscomat Gear pump and the Easy Oil nozzle.

PRACTICAL AND EASY TO USE

The portable oil transfer unit, Viscomat Gear Drum, is suitable for transferring oil with medium to high viscosity, ensuring practical and easy handling. Thanks to the 2" quick coupling, the Viscomat Gear Drum can be easily connected to the drum. It features an extendable suction tube for direct connection and a special housing near the pump to ensure clean use of the dispenser during dispensing.

Oil is a type of fluid characterized by higher viscosity compared to other fluids and must be transferred using a reliable and secure oil transfer kit. The PIUSI Viscomat Gear oil pump is an electric gear pump capable of transferring thick oil with medium to high viscosity.

To ensure higher reliability, the gear rotor—rather than an impeller—provides resistance up to 500 cSt viscosity, offering greater strength during the transfer phase.
