The Farm Fuel Station Premium 1000 l is a complete system assembled and mounted by TLB from the double-walled SCHÜTZ VET steel 1,000 l tank and the TECALEMIT Diesel-Eco-Box 3 pump system. There are 4 versions to choose from with a 4, 6, 8 or 10 m delivery hose. The delivery hose is available with 4 m or as one continuous hose of 6, 8 or 10 m assembled by TLB itself. According to SCHÜTZ, the SCHÜTZ VET steel 1,000 l tank is a double-walled storage and disposal tank consisting of an HDPE inner container with SMP odour barrier in a steel outer container on a reinforced steel-tube pallet accessible from all four sides; a content indicator and optical leak probe are fitted as standard. It measures 1,135 × 757 × 1,625 mm, weighs approx. 84 kg empty and is approved under Z-40.21-133 and D/BAM/10104/31HA1. The farm fuel station is designed for installation under a roof. Fuel is pumped by the TECALEMIT Diesel-Eco-Box 3 pump system for mounting on the 1,000 l tank: according to TECALEMIT it contains the TecPump 600 AC rotary vane pump (230 V, 370 W, 4.5 A, IP 54) with anti-siphon protection, a stainless steel 1.4301 suction filter in the pump chamber and an overflow valve; it transfers diesel, heating oil, radiator antifreeze (concentrate), GTL, HVO and R33 at approx. 55 l/min and max. 2 bar. The dispensed volume is shown by the Z 400 mechanical meter (not legal-for-trade).

What is the Horn Eco-Box pump and what is its performance?
The Horn Eco-Box is a compact 230V electric pump developed specifically for use in the Horn Premium farm fuel station. It is integrated into the pump unit and reliably delivers diesel and heating oil EL with sufficient capacity for cars, tractors and light commercial vehicles. The Eco-Box is characterised by its space-saving design, which is integrated into the Schütz tank and requires little floor space. What is the difference between the version with a 4m and a 10m delivery hose?
The hose length determines the operating radius of the farm fuel station: with the 4m hose, vehicles can be refuelled up to approx. 4 metres from the tank – ideal for a fixed refuelling spot directly at the tank. The 10m hose allows considerably more flexibility and is suitable for larger vehicles (trucks, tractors with a wide track width) or if the tank cannot be positioned optimally. For most farm fuel station situations, we recommend the 10m version as the more convenient solution.
What is the Schütz tank and what advantages does the double-walled HDPE-steel combination offer?
The Schütz safety tank is a double-walled tank made of HDPE (inside) and galvanised sheet steel (outside). This combination unites the advantages of both materials: HDPE is corrosion-free, fuel-resistant and light; the steel jacket protects against mechanical damage and UV exposure. The double-walled design with integrated leak detection system meets the technical requirements of the AwSV (German Ordinance on Facilities Handling Substances Hazardous to Water) and also allows operation in water protection areas (Zone III) with the corresponding approval.
Which fuels is the Horn Hoftankstelle Premium approved for?
The Horn Hoftankstelle Premium with Schütz tank is approved for diesel and heating oil EL. Both fuels are chemically similar and compatible with the HDPE and NBR seal materials used. The system is not suitable for petrol (separate safety requirements), AdBlue (attacks standard materials) or biodiesel beyond the B7 blend. For biodiesel B100 (RME), we recommend the Roth Multitech or Dehoust Profi versions with explicit RME approval.
Which permits do I need for the Horn Hoftankstelle Premium 1000L?
For a double-walled farm fuel station with 1000 litres of diesel (WGK 2 = German water hazard class 2, hazard level B), a notification to the lower water authority (untere Wasserbehörde) and an initial inspection by an expert organisation before commissioning are required (Section 40 AwSV). Recurring inspections every 5 years are mandatory. The double-walled Schütz construction meets the technical requirements and facilitates official approval.
