The sophisticated construction also ensures that no unpleasant oil odors escape, thanks to the special SMP odor barrier. Was ist der Unterschied zwischen dem Schütz Multitank und dem Tank-im-Tank?
Beide sind doppelwandige Schütz-Tanks mit 1.000 Litern und SMP-Geruchsbarriere. Der Multitank (Z-40.21-133) hat einen HDPE-Innenbehälter in einer verzinkten Stahlaußenhülle – er ist außerhalb von Wasserschutzgebieten ohne Auffangwanne aufstellbar. Der Tank-im-Tank (Z-40.21-371 bzw. Z-40.21-562) ist ein reines Kunststoffsystem und darf dank vollständigem 100%-Rückhaltevolumen auch in Wasserschutzgebieten betrieben werden. Wenn Ihr Standort in einem Wasserschutzgebiet liegt, ist der Tank-im-Tank die richtige Wahl.
Für welche Medien ist der Schütz Multitank geeignet?
Der Multitank ist zugelassen für Diesel, Heizöl EL, Biodiesel (RME/FAME), Schmieröle, Hydrauliköle, Wärmeträgeröle, Pflanzenöle und andere Flüssigkeiten mit einem Flammpunkt über 55°C sowie für Kühlerfrostschutzmittel und deren Konzentrate. Nicht geeignet für Benzin oder andere leicht entflammbare Kraftstoffe.
Brauche ich eine Auffangwanne für den Schütz Multitank?
Nein – die doppelwandige Konstruktion mit 100-prozentigem Auffangvolumen und Leckanzeige ersetzt die externe Auffangwanne vollständig. Die Aufstellung ist außerhalb von Wasserschutzgebieten ohne zusätzliche Rückhaltevorrichtung zulässig, sowohl in Gebäuden als auch im Freien unter Dach.
Kann ich den Schütz Multitank auch mit einer Pumpe nachrüsten?
Ja. Der Multitank lässt sich mit einer passenden Diesel- oder Heizölpumpe nachrüsten – zum Beispiel mit der Horn HORNET W40A (230V, ca. 32 l/min) oder W85H (230V, ca. 85 l/min). Wie wird der Schütz Multitank transportiert und aufgestellt?
Der umlaufende Stahlrohr-Palettenfuß ermöglicht das Aufnehmen von allen vier Seiten mit Hubwagen oder Gabelstapler. Das erleichtert die Aufstellung erheblich und macht den Tank auch im laufenden Betrieb leicht versetzbar. Gewicht leer: ca. 81 kg. Maße: 1.135 × 1.035 × 1.185 mm (L×B×H).
Wie oft muss der Schütz Multitank geprüft werden?
Als ortsfest betriebene oberirdische Anlage mit WGK-2-Stoffen (Diesel, Heizöl) ab Gefährdungsstufe C – also ab dauerhafter Aufstellung mit mehr als 1.000 Litern – gilt eine wiederkehrende Prüfpflicht durch eine Sachverständigenorganisation alle 5 Jahre.
